Evripidou Project Managers: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λευκωσία
Evripidou Project Managers is interested in recruiting a full-time Office Administrator with secretarial responsibilities.
The candidate must be fluent in Greek and English Language, and have a working knowledge of main Office Applications. Previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and managing telephone calls and correspondence
- Providing administrative support to staff
- Typing and processing documents
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems and records
- Performing data entry tasks
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Preparing for meetings and events
- Supporting customer service activities
- Performing reception duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal & written)
- Good working knowledge of main Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
