• Maintaining incoming/outgoing document flow (preparing documents and presentations, editing documents, primary accounting documentation, writing letters, distributing them by purpose, monitoring execution, maintaining a register);
• Receiving and distributing incoming calls and mail;
• Reception of visitors;
• Organizing work events and trips;
• Providing the office with all necessary materials, office supplies and equipment, timely and complete fulfillment of other instructions from the manager;
• Ensuring order in the office.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Russian;
• Advanced level of English, knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage;
• Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet resources;
• Ability to provide the necessary information clearly and in a structured manner (in writing and in communication);
• Attention to detail, organization, accuracy, discipline, efficiency, stress resistance;
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Driver’s license and work permit.
• Work schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00;
