Sales Advisor

It has been the destination in luxury style in Cyprus since 1960, providing our clientele the finest creations from the world’s most renowned watchmakers and jewelry designers with unmatched customer service.

We are the official retailer of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Chopard, Tudor, Baume & Mercier, Tag Heuer, and Gucci watches in Cyprus, as well as of fine jewelry collections of Chopard, Boucheron, Mikimoto and St. Dupont accessories.

Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to achieve profit targets through providing crafted luxury experience with passion to visitors and clients, immersing them in the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and the promise of acquiring an exceptional product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a genuine connection with visitors and clients creating a sense of trust and understanding, and making them feel valued and heard
  • Showcase products in a way that captures the visitors’ and clients’

  • Perform storytelling providing information to visitors and clients about its product line, how it came to life, history, features, visionary individuals who have shaped the brand’s success, guarantee, etc. to enhance their connection with the product
  • Answer visitors’ and clients’ questions and offer alternative products if requested
  • product is not available taking into consideration the matching style
  • Advise the client on how to use the chosen product
  • Implement policies formulated by the company’s management such as discount policy, gift arrangement and usage, currency rate, and
  • general expenditure
  • Receive and process cash or credit payments from client
  • Prepare invoices and tax-free forms using the POS system
  • Maintain store log of client product requests (Wishlist) and provide continuous feedback about the status of the requested item
  • Handle instore client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner ensuring satisfaction in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management
  • Provide the Client Relations Management department with the necessary client information, interests, and experience requirements/feedback
  • Support in organizing launching events for private clients in coordination with concerned departments and attend to the private experience of clients during the events
  • Provide recommendations to the Boutique Manager regarding new practical ideas to improve the Boutique experience and exterior, and to maximize sales and client service
  • Conduct online assessments and attend training provided
  • Uphold the brand’s image by maintaining standards and integrity both within the Boutique and outside

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Jewelry Design, Interior Design, Fashion, Arts, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is required
