Capo Bay Hotel: Ζητείται Secretary to the General Manager – Αμμόχωστος
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to support the General Manager and the Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Management team.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence
- Assist with project coordination, event planning, and special assignments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the General Manager’s office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
