Parts Advisor
Pilakoutas Group, the exclusive representative of BMW, MINI, NISSAN, JAGUAR, LAND ROVER, RENAULT, and DACIA in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor for its Nicosia department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
- Ensure that parts are correctly checked against the Customer requirements and vehicle data before such item is delivered to the Customer
- Always maintain updated displays
- Assist in stock checks and report any stock damage or stock losses
- Maintain good relationships with all suppliers and colleagues
- Ensure the department provides the best possible service to customers and achieves agreed profit levels
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Strong numerical skills
- Customer Service Skills
- To actively monitor stock levels to ensure maximum stock turnover and minimum obsolete stock levels and at the same time keep lost sales as minimum as possible
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors
