Location: Nicosia
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through CRM strategies.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategies to meet them.
  • Collaborate with the management to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and branding techniques to drive sales.
  • Prepared and delivered sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Advantages:

  • Having experience in sales and marketing will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek.
