The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the executive office in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking abilities, and can handle administrative and business coordination tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.

Oversee the organization of corporate documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate property promotion, property research and reporting.

Assist with event planning, and coordination of executive functions.

Monitor deadlines, track progress on various tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field preferred.
Skills:
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Greek.

Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
