The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the executive office in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking abilities, and can handle administrative and business coordination tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the organization of corporate documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate property promotion, property research and reporting.

  • Assist with event planning, and coordination of executive functions.

  • Monitor deadlines, track progress on various tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Greek.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
