Economou & Co LLC is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary.
Company Description: Economou & Co LLC is a contemporary law firm based in the vibrant Stasikratous Street in Nicosia, Cyprus. We handle critical legal projects for international clients, while the firm’s team of experienced lawyers upholds integrity and excellence in all client relationships, ensuring transparency and trust.
Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary at Economou & Co LLC in Nicosia.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Greek and English – both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a legal secretary or administrative role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
