iTaxi Cyprus, a modern, reputable, and fast-growing family-run transportation company, is looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our dynamic team in Larnaca.
Position: Office Administrator/Controller
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Fleet Management: Oversee and coordinate the company’s vehicle operations.
Communication Management: Handle calls and email correspondence efficiently.
Web App Inquiries: Manage general inquiries and requests through our platform.
Reservations Management: Process and confirm bookings in line with company practices.
Financial Administration: Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
Staff Support: Provide timely and efficient support to company personnel.
Administrative Duties: Handle filing, record-keeping, and other general office tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience will be considered an advantage
Fluency in both Greek and English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional organisational, filing, and record-keeping skills.
Strong team working skills and a proactive attitude.
Available to work day and night shifts
