We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team at First Class Homes Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Assist real estate agents and office staff with administrative tasks.

Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
-
Handle general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Provide information about listings, open houses, and services as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or real estate is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
