Yacht Management
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team in the Yacht Management department.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Operations:
• Coordinate all aspects of yacht maintenance and technical upkeep.
• Schedule and monitor regular inspections, repairs, and service works.
• Oversee yacht cleaning and ensure all yachts are charter-ready at all times.
• Handle insurance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, including accounting related to yacht operations.
Crew & Charter Management:
• Communicate with yacht skippers and crew to address operational needs.
• Manage provisioning and onboard supply requirements for each charter.
• Occasionally accompany yachts alongside the skipper or owner to provide operational support.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in yacht operations or marine services is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (crew, clients, suppliers).
• Flexible and hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English other languages are a plus.
• Driver’s license required.
