RESPONSIBILITIES:

1st line support, providing customer service, troubleshooting technical support and installation of tracker systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • University Degree
  • Functional skills / Technically adept and avid interest in new technologies.
  • Integrity and trust.
  • Interpersonal savvy with the ability to communicate and engage all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Active listening.
  • Patience and perseverance.
  • Priority setting.
  • Problem solving.
  • Time management.
  • Excellent greek and English written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Experience in working with multiple software / platforms.
