REYGLOBAL LTD, a specialist in corporate and immigration services company, is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our team.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Work on a full-time basis as part of the administration team for handling matters related to the activities of REYGLOBAL LTD and its clientele
  • You will be involved in updating the website with the available properties
  • You will assist with the communication with our associates
  • You will be involved with the administrational activities in the office

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Secretarial studies
  • Excellent language skills and verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism
  • Previous experience is required

The successful candidate will be working closely and under the supervision of the Director/Head of Administration of REYGLOBAL LTD.
