HR Supervisor

Our client, Bioland Energy Ltd, an environmentally and socially responsible renewable energy company in Larnaca, is looking to recruit a HR Supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding procedure
• Participate in developing HR Policies and Procedures and ensure their compliance
• Maintain HR database and employee records up to date
• Analyze and review training needs; Oversee Learning and Development matters
• Collaborate with management and identify training needs for all staff members
• Consult supervisors and managers on leaderships skills
• Conduct personal development classes for staff members
• Create post-training evaluations, tests and assessments
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations
• Ensure the implementation of the Performance Management System and provide reporting to management
• Conduct appraisals, self-appraisals and assessments thereof
• Manage organizational and company culture
• Adapt to new trends and technologies for remote working
• Provide budget proposals to the management for the HR department
• Monitor the HR function with HR metrics and analytics

Your qualifications and profile:

• BS and/or MS/MA degree in Human Resources or another related field
• 4+ years’ experience in a human resource related position, with duties relating to the above
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Certification (ANAD or equivalent) and proven experience as a training instructor will be considered as an advantage
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
