A&G currently seeks to employ a highly-skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer for a commercial mega-project in Limassol Cyprus.  The selected candidate will possess extensive technical expertise and experience in handling such projects.  He/she will report directly to the Project Construction Manager but will be expected to work independently to perform the following activities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements and/or estimates

• Documenting any changes in design and updating material quantities

• Communicate with main contractor’s site engineers via email or meetings conducted on site, informing them of project additional works and/or reworks

• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required

• Preparation of monthly payment certificates

• Prepare daily work productivity reports and weekly forecasts

• Conduct monthly evaluation regarding the strength and productivity of technical personnel

• Represent the company professionally, always bearing in mind its best interest

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or similar

• High level of technical expertise in large scale commercial and/or industrial projects

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Sound knowledge of construction estimating experienced is advantageous

• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

• Must be proficient in AutoCad

• Fluency of English and Greek Language

• Self-driven and able to make positive decisions on behalf of the company

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
