Auditor / Trainee Auditor
Chrysanthou + Co. is an independent firm of accountants, auditors and advisors that offers individualised services, tailored to the needs of each client. We are seeking to recruit a full time Auditor / Trainee Auditor to join our expanding, professional audit team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Qualified/Partly qualified ACCA or ACA
- Fluent in Greek and English
- The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and display professional conduct.
- Team player
Duties:
- Undertake the audit of small and medium sized firms as per ISAs
- Operate the audit software
- Process financial statements under IFRSs
- Perform tax computations and submit tax returns
- Liaise with accounts department staff
- Review clients’ internal control procedures and systems to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in other types of engagement the firm carries out
