Job Title: Full-Time Recruiter

RE/MAX Cyprus, part of the No.1 Real estate Network worldwide in over 110+ countries, is looking for talented team players with a commitment to excellence, for the position of Full-time Recruiter.  We are hiring 1 person for the Limassol office and 1 person for the Nicosia office.

KEY TASKS:

• Recruitment – in line with office needs, promote vacancy in various platforms and organize events for recruitment

• Screening – review applications received

• Selecting – shortlist candidates

• Interview and hiring

• Orientation and onboarding training

• Reporting of results and targets

• Agent retention activities

PRIMARY RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and recruit candidates daily

• Achieve the recruitment targets as set with the CEO

• Assume full responsibility for the recruiting lead generation sources, eg. Contact candidates daily, organize events and advertise on recruitment platforms

• Review Applications and undertake interviews

• Organize a consistent follow-up system

• Create and maintain an extensive database of names using the appropriate CRM software

• To maintain employee relations through counselling, monitoring and appraising job results

• Prepare reports, create and evaluate KPIs

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the office to potential associates

• Establish a hands on process for new recruits during the onboarding process

• Follow a daily activities management system to stay on track with recruiting goals

• To prepare all legal documents required for signing by the new employees

• To consult with senior management as to the strategic development and future plans of the company in relation to the work force and act accordingly;

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources/ Recruiting

• Sales experience

• Basic business and financial understanding

A generous remuneration package based on a fixed salary plus incentives and bonus
