ARCHMADE L.L.C is looking for a creative and inspired junior architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to all the submission procedures by complying with safety standards and local planning regulations. The architect’s responsibilities include developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings and specifications where needed.
To be successful in this position you should be able to visualize space in three dimensions, be an excellent team player and be eager to learn. An outstanding Architect will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate
technical design skills and be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.
Architect Requirements
- Degree in architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as an Architect preferred.
- Excellent technical and design drawing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
