1.  Store Managers (GUESS, CALVIN KLEIN)

Sophia Trading Group is a well-established Cyprus-based company, active in the fashion industry since 1979. We engage in retail business, selling both Calvin Klein and GUESS apparel and accessories at stores and online.

We are currently looking to recruit motivated professionals to join our teams for the position of Store Manager at GUESS and CALVIN KLEIN stores in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the store.
• Provide high quality of services in full alignment with the brand’s standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionWork with the team to attain the weekly financial objectives of the company (sales targets).
• Develop clear goals and tactics to improve store’s efficiency and provide an exceptional level of customer support.
• Act as a point of escalation and interface with both customers and the company’s internal departments to advocate on behalf of customer needs.
• Frequently provide the company with continuous feedback regarding the store’s performance.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification and/or university/college degree.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role is a must.
• Fluency in Greek and English. Russian language will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Politeness and kindness.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to drive results and motivate the store team.
• A team player with a dynamic, thriving personality.

2.  Sales Assistants (GUESS, CALVIN KLEIN)

We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our passionate team in our CALVIN KLEIN or GUESS stores in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high levels of consumer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Previous working experience in a retail environment is required
• Fluency in Greek and English. Russian language will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Politeness and Kindness
• Teamwork
