Sales Officer

The Cyprus International Institute of Management, an innovative international business school in Cyprus, and equal opportunity employer, invites applications for the position of Sales Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for student recruitment for the MBA, MSc and BSc programs through visits (schools and companies) and direct sales
2. Manage and follow up the leads
3. provide engaging and accurate information about CIIM value to prospective candidates.
4. Advises students in program selection, test, advising, registration, etc.
5. Performs consistently to meet or exceed performance targets.
6. Participate in recruitment events and exhibitions (Cyprus and abroad), open days, conferences, Campus tours, Applicants visit days, academic fairs and any other relevant event.
7. Provides follow-up correspondence to prospective students, through meet-ups, phone calls, emails, messages
8. Liaise with Program Directors and Marketing department
9. Liaise with careers professionals, agents, HR managers of companies to develop effective relationships to meet recruitment targets
10. Be familiar with the University’s admissions criteria, visa requirements, financial options, as well as its programs
11. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor (i.e admissions)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or any other related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in sales, customer services, higher education, or related role
• Effective communication skills – oral and written.
• Organizational skills and effective time management

Working conditions

• Domestic and International travel
• Main base: Limassol
• During the period 20 August-31 October it will not normally be possible to take leave
• Shared work space
