Responsibilities
- Organising import shipments and documents.
- Tracking and communication of shipment status with customers.
- Contacting trading companies by telephone and email for promoting and informing about our company services.
- Answering telephone calls.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and able to make outbound calls to customers.
- Pleasant personality.
Working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30 minutes lunch break)
