Kaleide Group: Ζητείται Αρχιτέκτονας – Λεμεσός

Kaleide Group , is currently looking to hire an architect to join our technical team in Limassol.

All candidates should be holders of a bachelor degree in Architecture, be registered in technical chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and have an experience of at least 2-3 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural drawings up to a high degree of detailing for all type of permits and applications.
• Preparation and collection of all necessary documents for permits applications.
• Coordination of between the studies architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical.
• Communication with authorities concerning public consultations.
• Production of detailed 3d renderings
• Any other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• Fluent in Greek and English (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor degree in architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Member of ETEK
• Computer skills
• Autocad
• Microstation
• Rhino
• Lumion
• Photoshop & Indesign
• Microsoft Office (Excel,Word)
• Ms Project
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
• Team player
