EKA Ltd: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λεμεσός

This person will be responsible in dealing with customers in sales and also to have knowledge of basic accounting/costing principles. This person will be in contact with customers and should possess good interpersonal skills and be fluent in English & Greek.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and proofreading of letters, documents, reports and agreements
  • Control customers’ data through the company’s system (SAP)
  • Checking signed agreements with customers and importing in the company’s system
  • (SAP)
  • Processing incoming orders
  • Preparation and verification of quotations
  • Verification of commercial offers from subcontractors
  • Control of payment of invoices and delivery dates
  • Control of receipt of goods to the warehouse

Knowledge:

  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting rules and techniques
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MS project will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Greek language
  • Communication skills
