Business Assistant

INEX is an investment developer group,which specialises in implementing full-cycle projects, ranging from choosing land plots to managing construction and maintenance of premium-class real estate. We are currently looking for a Senior Lawyer for our offices in Paphos.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth travel arrangements, and assisting with document management and other manager’s tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
• Ensure that the executive team is well-prepared for trips, with all necessary documents, travel essentials, and information.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, conferences, and events.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
• Run errands as required, which may include picking up/delivering documents, packages, or supplies.

Key requirements:

• Driving license
• Be proficient in English
• Russian or Greek will be considered as an advantage
• Always be accessible to handle urgent requests or last-minute changes to plans.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant will be considered as advantage
