What are we looking for:

Legarithm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to lead our office as the Head of Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the office’s growth and success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of establishing new companies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements in Cyprus

• Work closely with agents and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licenses and permits for company operations in Cyprus

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to company processes in Cyprus

• Handling tax law matters

• Lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

The Requirements:

• Attorney License

• At least two years of working experience in Corporate  law

• Very good working knowledge of the Cyprus Corporate Legislation

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)

• Strong organisational skills and experience of team management;
