G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Express Courier is the authorized service contractor of UPS in Cyprus.

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and dynamic individual for the position of:

Accounting & Operations Officer.

What you will do as an Accounting & Operations Officer:

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Invoicing
• Recording of receipts and payments
• Preparation of Debtors/Creditors reconciliation
• Review/correction and posting of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other ledger accounts / Bank Deposits
• Collaborate with the operations team
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

We are looking for:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
• LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written
• High attention to detail
• Excellent team player
• Work under pressure
