We are looking for a self-motivated full-time Receptionist / Administrator to manage our organization’s business activities and keep the right standard of services to our clients.
Duties for the Receptionist are within others coordinating business operations, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes. Your character will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, improve service, meeting business objectives and bookkeeping. The successful candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, professional manners, and organization skills.
Receptionist/Administrator Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily business operations
• Reception (provide office guests with hospitable experience)
• Answer calls, emails and sort mail
• Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
• Maintaining accounting records and daily Bookkeeping
Receptionist/Administrator Requirements
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Greek and English
• Highly organized
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Pleasant telephone manner and business correspondence writing skills
