Diamond Fiduciary Ltd, a leading Administrative Service Provider (ASP), is seeking a motivated and professional Office Receptionist-Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced office environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming reception area.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and internet use.
  • Professional demeanor with a pleasant personality.
  • Eligible for employment under the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) subsidized scheme.
