Ecommerce and Social Media Manager
Needy Shop LTD is seeking a talented Ecommerce Assistant to support our team in managing our online store. The Ecommerce Assistant will be responsible for various tasks related to product listings, order processing, customer service, and website maintenance. In addition, the Assistant will be responsible to oversee our Company’s presence on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the uploading and maintenance of product listings on our ecommerce platform.
- Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process customer orders, including order verification, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
- Conduct regular quality checks on product listings and website functionality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for search engine visibility.
- Manage and maintain our company’s presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and publish engaging content, including text, image, and video content, that resonates with our target audience.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.
