THEODOSIS TOURIST CO LTD: Ζητείται Operations Manager – Λευκωσία

Acropolis Group Food and Beverage Company, consisting of Acropolis Hill Restaurant and Venue, Ktima Oniron Multi-Venue, 5nostimo Restaurant, Platinum Club Catering and Estradas Mexican Food, is looking for a full-time Operations Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety across all F&B areas
• Train and lead a skilled team to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Develop and oversee budgets for food and beverage operations, ensuring financial efficiency
• Monitor and manage costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses
• Review financial reports and implement strategies to enhance profitability
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, special events, and upselling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating favorable contracts
• Track inventory levels and establish efficient stock control procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or any other related field
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
