Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Support the Creative Director (CD) and Art Director (AD) in brainstorming and developing cutting-edge concepts and strategies.

• Creative Excellence: Develop high-end designs that deliver a WOW factor under tight deadlines.

• Innovation & Experimentation: Push the creative boundaries by exploring new ideas, formats, and techniques.

• Animated Presentations: Design engaging PowerPoint presentations with dynamic animations and visual storytelling.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, production, and design teams to align strategies and execute campaigns effectively.

• Brand Identity: Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all creative assets and platforms.

• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design, marketing, and technology trends.

• Inspiration & Leadership: Motivate and mentor creative teams to drive innovation and perfection.0

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of agency experience.

• Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.

• Experience with animated and interactive presentation design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and PowerPoint animation.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading and managing creative teams.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
